Oak Longevity holds the cheapest verified tirzepatide price we track at $199 a month all-in, flat at every dose. Its Trustpilot profile, reviewed on 5 August 2026, shows 4.4 out of 5 across 54 reviews — 89% five-star and 5% one-star.
The negative reviews are about delivery rather than the medicine. One describes a prescription paid for and never delivered across three tracking numbers, a refund eventually issued, then the same failure on a second order, with packages routed by post rather than a courier and left in summer heat. Another describes a correct address being rejected at the shipping stage and support consisting of one person.
This does not meet our suspension threshold. That standard requires a substantial share of one-star reviews describing the same failure: Oak sits at 5%, against the 23% that triggered our suspension of Embody. Applying a lower bar to Oak than to Embody because it suits a ranking would make both decisions worthless.
We are publishing it anyway, for two reasons. Heat exposure and non-delivery are cold-chain failures on a medicine that must not get warm, and a dose that has frozen or cooked must be discarded regardless of appearance. And Oak currently holds our cheapest price, which is precisely when a reader most needs to see the other side of the ledger.
Trustpilot's own profile flags are worth noting too: the company has not replied to negative reviews and has no recent history of inviting them, which makes a 54-review base less representative than a 4.4 headline suggests. If you enrol, ask how shipments are couriered and what happens when one arrives warm.
